You can create your own sanctuary in the midst of chaos. What you need to focus on right now are surrender and trust.

As a conscious being, you can be free from the scarcity mindset if you choose to.

As a conscious being, you know that you create your own reality.

Everything that doesn’t serve us anymore, every system that is working against humanity instead of for humanity, is coming to the surface.

We need to see how destructive a system is for it to be replaced eventually. This is extremely painful to witness, especially for those who are still holding on to the old way of being because they can not see through the illusions yet.

If you can see through them, know that moving through this transition trusting and with an open heart is safe. You don’t need to feed into the fear. You are here to hold the light and be one of the first ones to welcome a new earth, born for humanity’s highest good and cosmic evolution.

Close your eyes, place your hand on your heart.

This is only temporary.

You are safe.

You are meant to be here right now.

With intention and the power of our consciousness we can create a new world one thought at a time. Every big shift is an accumulation of many smaller shifts, and a new paradigm is popping up in the collective consciousness when a desire for change arises within many people separately.

That desire is often triggered by a situation we’re not happy in. Negativity is a catalyst that helps us to find out what we truly want, that makes us long for change, and eventually find out that we are in charge.

We are the ones who hold the key to set us free.⚔️

A spiritual awakening is giving you a lot of thing

A spiritual awakening is giving you a lot of things but it's also taking something away from you: the layer of illusion that is webbed over our society.

We begin to see the deceptions, the lies, the manipulation, and the forces ruling over this world. The more we connect with Source, the less we can understand how people can hurt each other or how evil things can exist in this world. We need to stay strong and determined to allow our worldview to crash in front of our eyes. From these ruins, a new earth can be birthed.

We often find ourselves caught up in something I call Secondary Pain. Secondary Pain is pain we take on from the outside. It's the 'weight of the world' that we need to free ourselves from in order to heal our Primary Pain.

Primary Pain is the pain that's caused by something we're personally affected by. It's pain that can be healed through emotional and spiritual work.

If we spend too much of our energy worrying about things that cause Secondary Pain, we don't have the strength left to work on our Primary Pain.

Ask yourself these 3 important questions:

1. Am I personally affected by the thing I worry about?

2. Does the thing I worry about influence my current situation and daily life?

3. Can I even change anything about the situation through emotional work, or is this outside of my personal power?

If something is not personally affecting you, it's causing you Secondary Pain. You need to be okay with letting it go and free yourself from that burden.

The things that personally affect you (whether changing them is in your personal power or not) are causing you Primary Pain. By integrating these parts of you through emotional work you can learn to accept them first. Once integrated, these pain points are fuel for a higher timeline and more alignment with your Cosmic Self.

Navigating through Primary and Secondary Pain is just a tiny part of what we're doing in Cosmic Wanderess Mentorship. I hope this nugget of wisdom serves you in this time of uncertainty!

I can’t believe I’m closing the first round of

I can’t believe I’m closing the first round of the Cosmic Wanderess Mentorship this Sunday. My heart is filled with gratitude as I’m starting to realize that I’m living the dream. I am able to help other wonderful women on their spiritual path, and together create impact and raise the collective consciousness. I’ve never felt more abundant on every level, and this is proof that I’m living my purpose, and that I’m doing what I came here to do.

When we are aligned with our Cosmic Self, things flow easily to us.

The work we’re doing on ourselves is shaping a better future. It’s not the systems in place, it’s not the dysfunctional and artificial hierarchies: It’s us. The awakening souls.

Your awakening has a direct effect on everyone else. If we change one little thing in the unified field, everyone will be touched by it.

We need to realize that we’re healing this planet from within. You, who is committed to your spiritual journey, your awakening, and ascension are the microcosmos, and together with the millions of other starseeds and lightworkers, we are changing the macrocosm.

Your energy is way more powerful than you may understand right now, and I am ready to help you remember.

This process of unlearning can be quite challenging, and you may find yourself in a state in-between belief systems. You know that many things you used to believe and do, are no longer aligned with your truth. On the other hand, you haven't fully embodied your new wisdom yet, which leaves you with open questions and confusion.

How do I know what's right and wrong?
What should I believe?
How does it all relate to each other?
How do I start my spiritual journey?
How can I connect with my purpose?
Why do I feel so different from everyone else?

One of my wonderful clients told me recently that working with me has put everything in context for her. All the bits and pieces she's been gathering over the years are finally making sense, and the big questions she had ever since she was a child are finally being answered. She has found the clarity and guidance she's been longing for her entire life. When I heard her say that it gave me shivers all over my body!
